Hi, I’m Crystal — a mom and follower of Jesus Christ who’s learning to walk through healing one day at a time.
For years, I’ve lived with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) — a condition that has challenged me physically, emotionally, and spiritually. But through it all, God has remained faithful. This blog is my journaling space where I share my personal journey of healing, developing a healthier lifestyle, growing stronger spiritually, and learning to care for my body, mind, and heart in a way that glorifies God.
Overcoming HS is definitely a journey. I’m learning to surrender daily to Jesus Christ, as He lovingly continues the good work He began in me (Philippians 1:6). My prayer is that as I share my honest ups and downs, my progress, and my faith along the way, you’ll be encouraged in your own journey — whatever that may look like. I also pray that this journey glorifies God in a mighty way.
Dealing with something like HS or any other health condition may be tough but we can trust God through it all. He is faithful.
